1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• Standard items are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use reputable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and specialized freight services for large or oversized items. Shipping method is selected based on item size, weight, and destination.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• For custom furniture, shipping charges will be quoted separately after your order is confirmed.

5. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• Freight deliveries for large furniture items may take longer and require scheduling with the carrier.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

6. White Glove Delivery (If Available)

For select areas and products, we offer White Glove Delivery, which includes:

• In-home delivery

• Unpacking and basic assembly

• Packaging removal

7. Delivery Issues or Damages

• Please inspect your items upon delivery.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos and details.

• We will arrange for a replacement or compensation as necessary.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
